Cooperation and attentiveness to local needs

We are close to the people and communities we help shape, which is why we provide tools that genuinely address the needs of various groups. Sensitivity, responsibility, and a desire to support what builds long-term value allow us to work together to create a welcoming space for residents to live, work, and pursue their passions.
Harvest Festival in Zarszyn
In August 2025, we participated in the harvest festival of the Zarszyn municipality in the Podkarpackie Province. We are pleased to have been able to contribute to this event, which is so important to the local community and local officials, by sponsoring a performance by the band ETER.
The harvest festival is a unique tradition—an expression of gratitude for nature’s bounty and a celebration of local produce and the work of human hands. It is a time when we respectfully honor what the earth provides us, mindful of its unpredictability and our complete dependence on its rhythms.
The day’s program of celebrations and accompanying attractions was incredibly diverse—there was something for everyone. Following the official opening of the event, the traditional Village Tournament took place. The “Community Apple Pie Champion” contest proved to be a real hit with all sweet tooths. The youngest participants weren’t forgotten either—plenty of attractions and surprises were prepared just for them. Music lovers were treated to a set by the band Sound’n’Grace, and in the evening, the audience was captivated by a concert from the local group ETER. There was power—of course, POWER from nature!
St. Nicholas Day 2025
December is a special time leading up to Christmas—full of colors, festive decorations, and busy preparations for the holiday. It’s also a time when we exchange gifts—and children look forward to them the most.
That is why, in December , we were delighted to support the production of a St. Nicholas Day play at the Municipal Cultural Center in Zarszyn. The program brought the children lots of excitement and smiles—and that was exactly the point! Santa Claus handed out gifts to all the children, and then we all followed the story of the play’s characters together.
We are delighted to have been part of this special St. Nicholas Day event and to have created joyful memories.
Charity concert in celebration of Women's Day
March 7, 2026, will remain etched in our memories for a long time, and we will surely look back on it many times. This year’s celebration of Women’s Day unfolded in a completely different way than ever before. Together with the Municipal Cultural Center in Zarszyn, we co-created a truly unique event. We supported the organization of a charity concert and a fundraiser to help Ignacy Cupak, who suffers from Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The event took place at the Community Cultural Center in Zarszyn, and the atmosphere was simply magical. Concerts, various auctions, and plenty of joy, genuine commitment, kindness, and a sincere desire to help made this day truly extraordinary.
