Due to the growth of our organization, we are currently looking for a person to fill the position of:

Senior Marketing Specialist (m/f)

Workplace: Mokotów, ul. Gotarda 9

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

• planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) in line with the company's strategy,

• preparing valuable content and marketing materials tailored to the specific nature of various platforms and specific target groups,

• support in designing, organizing, and implementing marketing campaigns and events,

• participation in activities related to brand building (including employer branding),

• organizing promotional campaigns and increasing audience engagement

• analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing activities, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and drawing conclusions based on data,

• formulating recommendations and solutions based on KPI analysis and campaign results,

• continuous monitoring of trends in social media and their implementation in the company's activities,

• analysis of competitors' activities and development of an effective marketing strategy,

• supervision of PR and marketing activities carried out by external agencies.

The above-mentioned tasks will be performed for several companies within the Group.

We expect the following from candidates:

• higher education (preferred fields of study: marketing),

• at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, particularly in the area of social media management and content marketing activities,

• fluent English at C1 level according to the Council of Europe scale (implementation of projects in Polish and English),

• very good computer skills, including MS Office,

• knowledge of popular tools such as Canva, Google Services, Adobe, etc.,

• practical knowledge of social media management tools,

• ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing online trends, including social media and AI,

• ability to organize one's own work, manage time, and effectively complete tasks under time pressure,

• creativity and the ability to create engaging and attractive content,

• a sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and high-quality content.

What tasks are waiting for you?

- Development of RES projects (photovoltaics, wind parks, hydrogen installations, energy storage) in Poland from the organizational, formal and technical side,

- Recognizing and securing sites for the location of RES projects with associated infrastructure,

- Contacts with parties to the investment process (property owners, local authorities),

- Negotiate leases to acquire land for RES projects,

- Participate in and coordinate transactions related to the acquisition of RES projects,

- Maintain positive relations with local authorities and residents and participate in conducting public communication processes,

- Cooperation with other organizational units in the Company.

What are our expectations?

- Higher education (preferably technical, environmental area),

- Experience working in a managerial position (minimum 5 years) in the preparation and implementation of investment projects in the RES industry,

- Practical knowledge of the Construction Law, the Law on Planning and Spatial Development, the Law on Providing Information on the Environment and its Protection, Public Participation in Environmental Protection and Environmental Impact Assessments,

- Negotiation skills,

- Dynamism and commitment to action,

- Multitasking,

- Creativity and orientation towards achieving defined goals,

- Organizational skills,

- Communicativeness,

- Availability,

- Willingness to travel on business,

- Knowledge of English at the B2 level according to the Council of Europe scale,
