Spatial Planning Specialist (Wind Farms)

Place of work: Warsaw/Mokotów

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Organizing and coordinating processes related to spatial planning for wind farm projects

• Preparing applications for the preparation or amendment of local zoning plans and general plans

• Submitting comments, issuing opinions, and agreeing on draft local zoning plans and zoning regulations

• Applying for a WZ decision, property divisions, and building permits

• Approval of administrative decisions, including WZ

• Cooperation with administrative bodies, local government, network operators, investors, and reviewing entities

• Analysis of areas in terms of suitability for renewable energy projects (especially wind farms) using GIS software

• Updating and maintaining spatial databases

• Preparation of maps, environmental and spatial analyses for wind farm projects

• Participation in project meetings, public consultations, and presentations of development concepts

• Support for the design process and participation in the preparation of investment documentation, ensuring the proper circulation of documentation

• Monitoring of the legal environment and market related to spatial planning, environmental protection, and renewable energy sources

What are our expectations?

• Higher education in the field of: spatial management, urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, surveying and cartography, construction, or related fields

• Good knowledge of regulations concerning spatial planning, environmental protection, infrastructure, and the basics of construction law

• Experience in coordinating administrative procedures, obtaining decisions and permits, including participation in the planning process

• Minimum 2 years of experience in spatial planning and urban design

• Proficiency in QGIS software – a prerequisite

• Ability to work with planning documents

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of English at level B2 according to the Council of Europe scale

• Willingness to travel for work

Senior Marketing Specialist (m/f)

Workplace: Mokotów, ul. Gotarda 9

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

• planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) in line with the company's strategy,

• preparing valuable content and marketing materials tailored to the specific nature of various platforms and specific target groups,

• support in designing, organizing, and implementing marketing campaigns and events,

• participation in activities related to brand building (including employer branding),

• organizing promotional campaigns and increasing audience engagement

• analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing activities, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and drawing conclusions based on data,

• formulating recommendations and solutions based on KPI analysis and campaign results,

• continuous monitoring of trends in social media and their implementation in the company's activities,

• analysis of competitors' activities and development of an effective marketing strategy,

• supervision of PR and marketing activities carried out by external agencies.

The above-mentioned tasks will be performed for several companies within the Group.

We expect the following from candidates:

• higher education (preferred fields of study: marketing),

• at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, particularly in the area of social media management and content marketing activities,

• fluent English at C1 level according to the Council of Europe scale (implementation of projects in Polish and English),

• very good computer skills, including MS Office,

• knowledge of popular tools such as Canva, Google Services, Adobe, etc.,

• practical knowledge of social media management tools,

• ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing online trends, including social media and AI,

• ability to organize one's own work, manage time, and effectively complete tasks under time pressure,

• creativity and the ability to create engaging and attractive content,

• a sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and high-quality content.

What tasks are waiting for you?

- Development of RES projects (photovoltaics, wind parks, hydrogen installations, energy storage) in Poland from the organizational, formal and technical side,

- Recognizing and securing sites for the location of RES projects with associated infrastructure,

- Contacts with parties to the investment process (property owners, local authorities),

- Negotiate leases to acquire land for RES projects,

- Participate in and coordinate transactions related to the acquisition of RES projects,

- Maintain positive relations with local authorities and residents and participate in conducting public communication processes,

- Cooperation with other organizational units in the Company.

What are our expectations?

- Higher education (preferably technical, environmental area),

- Experience working in a managerial position (minimum 5 years) in the preparation and implementation of investment projects in the RES industry,

We are currently looking for a person to join our team for the position:

Independent Accountant(s)

Place of work: Warsaw/Mokotów

Responsibilities:

• Decreting and posting of economic events in the TETA computer system (full accounting) for group companies

• Settlement of settlement accounts and control of settlements

• Maintaining accounting records and reconciling them to general ledger accounts

• Month and year accounting and tax closing

• Preparation of financial statements and periodic reports

• Preparation and sending of tax returns, JPK files

• Preparation/cooperation with reporting by CSO, NBP, NFOŚ and other external institutions

• Cooperation with auditors

What are our expectations?

• University degree in finance and accounting

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full accounting of commercial companies

• Knowledge of VAT, CIT, excise tax, real estate tax and accounting laws

• Practical knowledge of operating accounting systems, knowledge of TETA ERP is welcome

• Computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel) and platforms such as Teams, Sharepoint

• Proactive approach to problem solving and optimization of accounting processes

• Very good organization of own work and conscientiousness in meeting deadlines

• Accuracy and responsibility in carrying out financial and accounting tasks
