Regional coordinator for RES (land acquisition).

What tasks await you?

• Acquisition of selected properties for wind park projects in and around a given province

• Negotiate with landowners and bring about lease agreements

• Support in ensuring the acquisition of the necessary decisions and permits and in the procedure for the adoption of the Local Development Plan

• Maintain positive relations with local authorities and residents

• Ongoing reporting

• Co-founding a company focused on value-based business partnerships

What are our expectations?

• Experience in successfully acquiring land for investment, especially RES, or related experience working with landowners

• Ease in initiating and maintaining contacts

• Active B driver's license - mobile work 80% of the time

CHIEF GIS SPECIALIST

Place of work: Warsaw/Mokotów

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Analysis of the land in terms of its suitability and productivity for the implementation of RES projects (in particular wind) with the help of GIS software

• Analysis and preparation of RES (especially wind) projects from an environmental perspective at various stages of project development, including:

• analysis of the study of spatial development directions and conditions and local development plans

• Preparation of required documentation, including analyses, reports, presentations and map documents of project implementation

• Monitoring of the legal environment and market related to environmental protection and RES

• Coordination of formal procedures, among other things, obtaining administrative decisions and arrangements necessary for the implementation of projects (including the adoption of Local Development Plans and obtaining environmental decisions for planned investments)

• Ensuring proper circulation of project documentation

What are our expectations?

• University degree in urban planning, surveying, environmental protection, environmental engineering or related field

• good knowledge of legal regulations on assessments, environmental impact, environmental protection, spatial planning and administrative proceedings

• Experience in coordinating the acquisition of decisions and permits necessary for the implementation of RES projects(including environmental decision)

• A minimum of one year experience in developing analyses in QGIS software

• Proficient knowledge of QGIS software - prerequisite

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• English language skills at the B2 level according to the Council of Europe scale

• Willingness to make business trips

• Experience in a similar position in the energy or construction industry

• Experience in preparing due diligence analyses for investment sites

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Entering invoices into the system

• Entering and clearing bank statements

• Preparing bank transfers

• Electronic filing of accounting documents in accordance with internal procedures

• Support and cooperate with the team in the day-to-day maintenance of the companies' accounts 

What are our expectations?

• Are you a part-time student or a recent graduate in finance and accounting related fields

• Want to expand your knowledge of accounting and tax laws and rules

• You are proficient in computer skills, including MS Office package (Word, Excel)

• You have first-hand experience with accounting systems

• You are characterized by very good organization of your own work and conscientiousness in meeting deadlines

• You demonstrate accuracy and responsibility in performing financial and accounting tasks

• You are willing to work full-time on a stationary basis
