I. General Provisions
We use the personal data obtained only for the specific purposes for which the data was collected. The scope of personal data, the purpose of its processing, the legal basis for such processing, the period of processing and the categories of recipients, are described below.
II. Purposes and basis of data processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Preparation and execution of contracts - on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, in order to take action prior to the conclusion of the contract and its execution.
Keeping in touch - on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, in order to realize the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is:
collection and processing of data through an interactive form provided by the Administrator and enabling the automated creation of model agreements referred to above;
Enabling contact and responding to messages sent through contact forms or contact details available on the site
Direct marketing - on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO in connection with Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law, in case you consent to such contact.
Sending commercial information by electronic means - on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO, in case of consent to receive such information.
Sending newsletters - on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) RODO, in case you agree to receive them
Investigation and defense against claims - on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO, for the purpose of realizing the Administrator's legitimate interest.
Maintaining social media profiles - on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) RODO, in order to promote the Administrator's activities.
III. Data retention period
Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, and thereafter for the period required by law or until the statute of limitations for possible claims.
IV. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator, such as IT service providers, courier companies, law firms, accounting offices, as well as entities authorized by law. Personal data is transferred to external entities only when and to the extent that it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Transferred personal data, external entities may use only for the purpose of carrying out the task ordered by the Personal Data Administrator.
In the case of visiting the Administrator's profiles on social networks - the recipient of the data can be anyone who visits the profile and reads its content, as well as the provider of the social profile.
V. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects have the right to:
Access to their personal data,
their correction,
removals,
processing restrictions,
to object to the processing,
data portability,
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
In the case of data processing on the basis of consent, in the event of withdrawal, the data will no longer be processed to the extent to which the consent concerned, but the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
In order to exercise the above rights, you must make a request to the Data Controller by e-mail or by letter to the Data Controller's contact address provided at the outset.
A data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he or she believes that his or her personal data is being processed unlawfully.
VI. Cookies

The administrator does not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 of the RODO.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so may prevent the purposes for which the data are collected.
IX. Final Provisions
To the extent not governed by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of data protection and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) shall apply.
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The current version of the Policy will be available on the Administrator's website.
