RDN - Interview with Paweł Piaseczny
The planned construction of wind turbines in the Dabrowa Tarnowska region has raised concerns among some residents, as widely reported in an RDN portal article. Among the issues raised are the possible impact of the investment on health, environment and living comfort. As Enerconet, we understand these concerns and emphasize that we are implementing the project in accordance with the highest environmental standards and applicable law.
In similar projects in other regions of Poland, where turbines have been in operation for years, the concerns of local communities have been successfully addressed. Our goal is to conduct investments in a responsible manner, respecting the interests of local residents.
We want to ensure that all stages of construction are preceded by detailed analyses of the impact on the environment and human health. We are also open to discussions
and consultations so that every comment made is heard and taken into account.
We believe that in the long run this investment will contribute to the development of the region, bring additional revenue to local budgets and become a source of clean, renewable energy for the entire community.
"Each location is preceded by multi-criteria location analyses. One of these criteria is precisely the acoustic model. Once we locate such a turbine in the field, we make an acoustic model, in which we check how far this isophone, that is, the range of sound of a certain intensity, reaches to residents, to buildings."
